CIHA is proud to announce the re-signing of Leon Yamaguchi ahead of the 2026-27 season!
Leon, a forward from Hokkaido, Japan, is returning for his third year at CIHA. Leon was a prominent player with our U16 Prep team last season and brought his skill and speed to the team every game. A leader within his social group and one his younger peers look up to, we are very excited to have Leon back this coming year.
CIHA is proud to announce the re-signing of U18 Prep standout, Matteo Arriaga!
Matteo, from Metepec, Mexico, is returning for his third season at CIHA. Last season, with our U18 Prep team, Matteo was an offensive force putting up 10 points in his 13 league games. Matteo also represented Mexico at both the IIHF U20 Divison 3 - Group B and the IIHF U18 Division 2 - Group B tournament where he was awarded the Top Defenceman award for the tournament helping Mexico secure the silver medal.
