In order to meet CIH Academy’s yearly financial commitments for salaries and services, it is our policy that a student’s place is reserved for the entire school year and that parents or guardians are responsible to remit the total tuition and hockey program fees.

- Custodianship Documentation
- Academic program
- Sport program
- Room and board for school year (not included for non-boarding or day program non-roster students)
- Meals and snacks (lunch only for non-boarding)
- Academic trips to the Ottawa area
- Health care and sports medicine treatments (external paramedical services are not included)
- Assistance with post-secondary applications

Personal expenses and other charges
These vary widely due to students' spending habits.
The following mandatory fees are not included in the tuition and hockey program fees:
- Textbooks and e-books - approximately $300 - $500 CAD
