Congratulations to U16 who won the Presidential Playdown in Niagara Falls, New York!

In the round robin, they defeated the California Wave 3-1 and the Carolina Jr. Canes 7-0, they tied the Oakland Jr. Grizzlies 2-2, and fell to the South Florida Golden Wolves 4-2.

They finished 2-1-1 in the round robin and were tied for first in their division, however they won the tiebreaker with the best goal differential.

With the division locked up, they went on to face the #4 seed Crystal Beach Academy in the semi-finals. U16 would dominate that game, winning 8-2 to lock up their spot in the finals.

They would take on the California Wave in the finals, who they beat 3-1 in the first game of the round robin. The boys brought their game again when it counted most, defeating the Wave 4-1 to take home the championship in Niagara Falls!
