Congratulations to alum Marc-Andre Lecouffe on winning the President Cup, which is awarded to the championship team in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
Marc-Andre and his Acadie-Bathurst Titan defeated Blainville-Broisband Armada 4-2 in the best of 7 series, and will now have a berth in the 100th Memorial Cup which takes place from May 18th-27th in Regina, Sasketchewan.In his rookie season with the Titan, Marc-Andre put up 8 points in 40 games during the regular season and contributed 1 goal in 16 playoff games en route to the championship. He was a three vet at CIHA from 2013-2016, compiling 58 points in 93 games.Congratulations on your championship Marc-Andre, and looking forward to following along in your quest for the Memorial Cup!
