The Canadian Hockey League is holding its annual Top Prospects Game, which features some of the top prospects for the 2023 NHL Draft from the Western Hockey League, Ontario Hockey League and Quebec Major Junior League.

Etienne, a defenseman for the Moncton Wildcats of the QMJHL will play for Team Red and take on Team White in the game. He has 14 goals and 28 assists in 38 games and leads his team in assists and points, a great feat for a defenseman. He’s also 2^nd overall in defensemen scoring and trailing the leader by only 1 point.

In October, NHL Central Scouting released their preliminary rankings for the 2023 NHL Draft and had Etienne listed with a B rating, which indicates a 2^nd/3^rd round pick. Etienne has continued his strong play and is among the top defensemen available for the 2023 Draft.

The CHL Top Prospects Game takes place on January 25^th at 10pm Eastern Time.
