Ryan Remick Commits to the University of Maine

Congratulations to current student, Ryan Remick, who has committed to the University of Maine beginning in 2021-2022.
The University of Maine is a Division I hockey program that plays in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The program has produced several NHLers such as Paul Kariya, and current players Gustav Nyquist and Ben Bishop.Ryan, a forward for CIHA White finished tied for 11th in scoring among rookies in Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO) with 42 points in 43 games. He was also among the top rookie goal-scorers with 23, which put him in a tie for 7th. The Sparta, New Jersey native is in his 2nd season at CIHA after putting up 27 points in 30 games last year at the Bantam AAA level. On April 6th, Ryan was drafted by the Guelph Storm of the Ontario Hockey League, showing he is a coveted hockey player with a bright future ahead of him. Ryan joins a growing list of alumni committed to Division I Men’s and Women’s hockey programs including Dylan Peterson  (Boston University, 2020-2021), Tim Gould (University of Maine, 2019-2020), Jasper Weatherby (University of North Dakota, 2018-2019), Corson Green (University of Connecticut, 2018-2019), Kohei Sato (University of New Hampshire, 2017-2018), Natalie Fraser (Robert Morris University, 2014-2015), Karleigh Scully (Syracuse University, 2015-2016), Nicole Dunbar (University of New Hampshire, 2016-2017), and Celine Tessier (Union College, 2016-2017).
