LANDRY DRAFTED BY OLYMPIQUES IN QMJHL

06/04/2018

Congratulations to CIHA White forward Manix Landry, who was drafted in the 3rd round, 39th overall by the Gatineau Olympiques in the 2018 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Draft.
Manix, a highly skilled forward with a great sense for the game scored 19 points in 29 regular season games and exploded for 12 points in 6 playoff games. He was also a mainstay on the power-play and penalty kill all season long. The bloodlines run strong in the Landry family as father Eric is a former professional hockey player and current Head Coach of the Olympiques. Manix will surely have great guidance and direction in Gatineau as he looks to follow in his father’s footsteps.Manix joins teammates Donovan Sebrango and Dylan Peterson, who were drafted to the Ontario Hockey League in April.
