Congratulations to alum Etienne Morin who has signed a 3 year entry level contract with the Calgary Flames!

Etienne was selected by the Flames in the 2^nd round, 48^th overall in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft.

Etienne just completed his 3^rd season with the Moncton Wildcats of the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League where he finished with 49 points in 58 games and picked up 3 points in 4 playoff games.

The smooth skating, two-way defenseman also played in one game with the Flames American Hockey League affiliate, the Calgary Wranglers following the end of his season in Moncton.

Etienne also attended the Flames Development Camp from July 4^th-6^th, gaining valuable experience and learning what it will take to make it to the next level.
