Six Alumni Attending NHL Training Camps
10/02/2024With NHL Training Camps well underway, we take a look at our six alumni at camps.
Gabriel Vilardi – Winnipeg Jets
Gabe is entering his 8th professional season and 2nd with the Jets. After putting up 36 points in 47 games last season in Winnipeg, Gabe will be primed for an even more prominent role this year.
Donovan Sebrango – Ottawa Senators
This will be Donovan’s 5th professional season and 2nd with the Senators. He was recently assigned to the Senator’s American Hockey League affiliate in Belleville where he will be a top line player and one of the first call-ups to the Senators.
Jasper Weatherby – Edmonton Oilers
Jasper is entering his 4th professional season and 1st with Edmonton. He was recently sent to Edmonton’s AHL affiliate in Bakersfield where he will start the season.
Dylan Peterson – St. Louis Blues
Dylan is entering his 1st full professional season with the Blues after four years at Boston University. Dylan got in 3 games with the Blues AHL affiliate in Springfield at the end of last year and has been assigned there to start this season.
Etienne Morin – Calgary Flames
This was Etienne’s 2nd Training Camp with the Flames and he was recently sent back to Moncton of the Quebec Maritime Junior Hockey League for his 4th and final season. He’ll play a prominent role on the blueline there and has a chance to make Team Canada’s World Junior Team.
Milo Roelens – Tampa Bay Lightning
After 5 years in the Quebec Maritime Junior Hockey League, the Lightning signed Milo to a 3 year entry level contract. At the end of last season, he played in one game with the Lightning’s AHL affiliate in Syracuse and he will start this season there as well.
