CIH Academy has caught Castleton University’s attention.  Both goaltender Alexis Kalm and forward Nicolle Trivino have committed to this NCAA Division III University for September 2016.
Alexis is looking forward to studying in the Sports Medecine program while Nicolle will take part in the Athletic Training program.  “It’s reassuring to start this new chapter with someone I already know” said Alexis before Nicolle added: “I’m nervous a bit but university is supposed to be the best four years of your life.  I’m anxious to see what it brings.”“I’m definitely going to miss CIH Academy” said Alexis.  “It feels like home here.  My year at CIHA allowed me to meet people from all over the world.  I’m going to miss my goalie coach Andrew Mercer.  He’s the best coach I ever had.” For Nicolle, moving away from home and coming to CIH Academy prepared her for university. “The coaching staff at CIH Academy pushes your limits to make you see the potential you have.”      On behalf of everyone at CIHA, we wish you both the very best and we look forward to seeing you play at Castleton University as Spartans.
