In order to meet CIH Academy’s yearly financial commitments for salaries and services, it is our policy that a student’s place is reserved for the entire school year and that parents or guardians are responsible to remit the total tuition and hockey program fees.

CIHA tuition fees include the following*:
- Custodianship Documentation (when applicable)
- Academic program
- Sport program, including on and off ice training
- Travel and meals at all regional tournaments (when applicable)
- Room and board for school year (when applicable - special dietary requirements subject to an additional charge)
- Weekday Lunches (for non-boarding students)
- Academic trips to the Ottawa area
- Athletic Therapy Services (Health insurance and external para-medical services are not included)
- Assistance with post-secondary applications

Personal expenses and other charges
These vary widely due to students' spending habits.
The following mandatory fees are not included in the tuition and hockey program fees:
- Textbooks and e-books - approximately $300 - $500 CAD
- Apparel and Uniform Package
- League Mandated CSSHL U16+U18 Prep Player Fee - $450
