A Day in the Life...

A day in the life of a CIH Academy student will be busy and focused. Because all of our facilities (including the student residences, dining hall, ice rinks, dressing rooms, classrooms, and fitness centre) will be located on campus, students will spend less time getting from place to place and more time focusing on learning.

The following is will be a typical week-day schedule for CIH Academy students:

6:00 AM	Wake up
7:00-7:30 AM	Breakfast at residence
8:00-8:15 AM	Morning Assembly
8:30 AM-12:00 PM	Classes and On-Ice Practices
12:00-1:15 PM	Lunch
1:15-3:30 PM	Classes and On-Ice Practices
3:30-5:00 PM	Off-Ice Training-Hockey Theory-Motivational Training
5:00-6:00 PM	Student's Time
6:00-7:00 PM	Dinner
7:00-8:00 PM	Supervised Study Period
8:00-9:30 PM	Student's Time and Optional Off-Ice Training
9:30 PM	Students must be in rooms
10:15 PM	Lights out
