Intramural competition and other school activities are important in helping students nurture friendships beyond the classroom and dressing room. On-campus facilities will include a soccer field, walking trails, and an outdoor rink. The campus is situated on the beautiful Ottawa River, a waterway known for its exceptional white-water rafting and kayaking during the summer months. The newly opened Clarence-Rockland YMCA has a beautiful pool, fantastic gym and large library close by.

The rich and vibrant National Capital Region provides a wide range of interesting field trip options and excursions, including museums, shopping and historic sites.
